Bag of Beans at Tagaytay

Outside Bag of Beans
Outside Bag Of Beans

It was our first time to go to Bag of Beans last Friday at Tagaytay. It’s a coffee shop and restaurant that also sells ground coffee and coffee beans, plus English pies and bread to take home with you. So, instead of going to Starbucks in Tagaytay, why don’t you try out this one? :)

Iced Caramel Macchiato at Bag of Beans
Iced Caramel Macchiato (85 pesos per order)

Me and Sha tried the Iced Caramel Macchiato. It’s a refreshing beverage with milk and an espresso shot (not really sure how many) and some caramel. I would have tried the brewed coffee but since we ordered for a Shepherd’s Pie, it would be ideal to pair it up with an iced coffee. :)

Shepherd’s Pie (105 pesos per single order)

Shepherd’s pie is actually ground beef and it’s cooked as a pie with a mashed potato as a crust. I’ve heard that this is just one of their specialties and it’s a must try especially if it’s your first time there. :)

Steak and Mushroom Pie at Bag of Beans

We were also able to have a taste of their Steak and Mushroom pie. This is also a must try. Sha even got one of this to take home as a pasalubong. :)

But if you’re craving for something sweet, you could try their Cinnamon topped with nuts, whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. This should go well with their brewed coffee. :)
