Peri-Peri Grill House

No, it isn’t a disease (because it sounds like beri-beri) but this is one of the best places to go to when you’re at the Promenade Mall in Greenhills. The place was just actually newly renovated just August of this year and was previously named as Peri-Peri.

Fish and Chips at Peri Peri

Php 230 per order

For our appetizer, we ordered Fish and Chips. I must say that this is one of the best Fish and Chips I’ve ever tasted. It is actually coated with beer batter and served with tangy tartar sauce.

Peri-Peri’s specialty is their Portuguese chicken. We ordered the mildly spiced chicken. The good thing about this chicken is that it’s very tender and tasty. I believe they marinated it long enough so that the taste will seep through the chicken’s meat. Also, they have combo meals for the Peri-Peri chicken. You can choose either you want 1/4 chicken, 1/2 chicken or 1/4 chicken with 1/4 slab of rib. The combos also include 2 sidings you can choose from the menu such as whipped potatoes, java rice, steamed rice, warm tortilla,  coleslaw, buttered corn and carrots, vegetable medley, creamed spinach and french fries.  For us, we ordered Combo 2 (1/2 chicken) and for our sidings we had warm tortilla and whipped potatoes.

Peri-Peri's side dishes: tortillas and mashed potatoes

Warm Tortilla and Whipped Potato

If you take a look at their menu, it’s somewhat like TGI Fridays and Burgoo. Their servings are actually for sharing. Budget per person could start from Php 250 – 500.
