I really enjoy eating breakfast. I could probably eat it during any time of the day. I won’t mind 🙂 . This morning after my work, Karla and I decided to eat our ‘brunch’ in Heaven N’ Eggs in Glorietta 4. We’ve been fans of pancakes and eggs so we decided to eat there.
We decided to sit in the ‘swing’ area, so that we could feel that we’re in the countryside eating breakfast. This is what I like in Heaven N’ Eggs, it actually makes you feel cozy and sunshiny. It’s nice to eat there in the morning, it just gives you a good vibe to brighten up your day. Well that is for ‘normal’ people who start their work in the morning not like me I start work in the evening 🙂 . The color yellow is very evident and waiters would greet you with a smile.
We ordered 2 different dishes so that we could share on both dishes. By the way their serving is really big, 1 dish is enough for 2 people. The first dish we ordered was Sinatra’s Steak Omelet. The omelet is composed of steak beef, cheddar cheese and bell peppers. On the side there’s rosemary and garlic sauteed potato and rice. There are actually choices on the side dishes, you can just refer to the menu for the options 🙂 We really loved this food, it tasted cheesy and bell peppery ( if there’s such word 🙂 ) Also the steak is tender so it really goes well with the whole omelet. Great idea! Hmm, makes me want to try it for myself 🙂
Buttermilk Stack Pancakes
Here’s the part where Karla and I got excited: The Buttermilk Stack Pancakes. We are both lovers of pancakes and the coolest thing is that Heaven N’ Eggs has 4 kinds of pancakes syrups: Coconut, Coffee, Peach and Maple. Isnt’ that cool? I really just go with the normal Maple Syrup but since it’s my first time to try their pancakes why not try it?
Coffee Syrup on Pancake
Maple Syrup on Pancake
The syrups were really fun for us. Personally I liked the Peach Syrup. I’m not really a fan of peaches but this was the best among the 4. Their Maple Syrup isn’t really good. The Coconut Syrup is also good, though I’m not really a big fan of coconut but this one is better than the Maple and the Coffee Syrup. The pancakes seem delicious but actuallly I was a bit disappointed because it was too dry and too thick. I hope they work out on this because pancakes are one of the ‘staple’ foods in breakfasts.
Overall we could rate the food 3.5/5. The pancakes really were a disappointment but the Peach Syrup was the best! 🙂
As for the price, the Sinatra’s Steak Omelet was priced at Php 225 and Buttermilk Stack Pancakes Php 195 ( 4 pcs per order). Their price ranges Php 195-700 so probably about Php 225-300 per person. As for the value for the money, I would give it 3.5/5.
As for the service, they were all sunshiny and happy. I would give them 4/5 for that.
As for cleanliness, the place looks clean 4/5.
