Top Chefs Cook Something Up in Trinoma

Top Chef is a popular television show in cable television right now and last season’s winner (Season 2), Ilan Hall, was here in Manila last March 28, 2009. He was joined by two other chefs namely Dale Talde (Top Chef Season 2 contestant) and Roland Laudico (one of Manila’s celebrated chefs). The event was organized by Ayala Malls. We were invited to witness how Ilan Hall and Dale Talde will be creating dishes using ingredients found here in the Philippines. Chef Ronald became the host of the event. Continue reading →
