Coconut Crab at Sabtang White Beach
Even the waves of Sabtang can be fierce, eating under the famous arc with a good view of the Sabtang white beach, fresh air and coconut crabs are all worth it. The cost per head is 250 pesos.
Steamed Sigarilyas, fish and coconut crabs were served to us. Amongst all of the dishes served, coconut crabs are the most expensive. Coconut crabs are easily distinguished from the regular crab just by looking at it. Coconut crabs cost 600 pesos per kilo. It’s more expensive than the lobsters that we had for dinner but its exotic taste is all worth it.

I haven’t tried Sigarilyas but looking at the photo, it seems very good. The crabs and the fish looked succulent. Lucky you.
