Jollibee Langhap Sarap Life

Chocolate Fondue Set at Haagen Dazs

Last August 8, we were dragged by our blogger friend Melo to attend an event that we didn’t really know about. We were waiting at Haagen Dazs SM Mall of Asia (which was at the second floor of the mall) for something to start. So while waiting, we were eating the Chocolate Fondue Set of Haagen Dazs. I believe it’s worth P 700 +.

Anyway, our location is a strategic spot to see whatever they’re going to present. The PR people wouldn’t reveal to us what’s going to happen. They say it’s going to be something spectacular.

Jollibee Flash Mob at SM MOA 4

Suddenly, music played then there was a flash dance mob! They danced popular dance songs these days such as “Poker Face”, “Jai Ho” and most especially the Jollibee jingle performed by Parokya ni Edgar. That was when we realized that it was an event organized by Jollibee. Almost 300 people participated in that dance and they wore different costumes representing each sector in society. There were students, workers, grandmas and many more. The dance was choreographed by the dance group Whiplash and was directed by Mark Reyes.

Jollibee decided to have this kind of surprise to encourage Filipino teens to be positive and to enjoy life just like Jollibee: a place where people can be true to themselves. Jollibee has been part of every Filipino growing up. Everyone has been part of the langhap-sarap life.
