I LOVE Shabu-Shabu. Thanks for the step by step tips. I do all except for the egg white/yolk separation. Will do that next time!

you can buy sate sauce in any leading grocery like rustan’s or even sm supermarkets/hypermarkets If you can go to a Chinese grocery that would be much better.
