Binondo Food Tour Series #1: Sincerity Restaurant

Fried Chicken @ around P150 half order
A Fried Chicken may sound so common for us to visit a restaurant in Binondo called Sincerity Restaurant, they are the masters of making the common fried chicken extraordinary. For us, this is the best chicken in town. Better than foreign brands that we know of.
Sincerity’s fried chicken is crispy yet tender and juicy. That is the way we like our fried chicken because some may offer crispy fried chicken, yet the meat is dry.
The Oyster Cake from Sincerity is also a must try. These meals are good for 3 to 5 people. The oyster cake is like oyster omelette but it’s sticky. It’s good to condiment it with hot sauce.
If Binondo is too far from you, they have a branch (but with a different name) in Little Baguio, San Juan. It’s called Wu Xiang. It has exactly the same menu with Sincerity Restaurant. Wu Xiang is located at 213-A V. Ibanez St., cor. J. Abad Santos, Little Baguio, San Juan.

we recently went to binondo and i dont think i saw this place…must go back and try that oyster cake!
Really? But for me and my family, we’ll still choose Savory Chicken over Sincerity Chicken anytime. Hehe. Nice post!! Keep blogging!!
Naku another chicken dish! I heard of this place before but couldn’t find it in Binondo. Ngayon alam ko na! Salamat muli!
Ay! Naku! sobrang sarap ng Fried Chicken dyan. Also, don’t forget to order their oyster cake and ngoyong (Kikiam), simply the best! Theri soy-rice is also tasty and mouth-watering. If ever you’re within the vicinity, just ask anyone na taga doon co’z madali lang sya puntahan.
@JJ
oo favorite namin yung oyster cake nila!
[...] Aside from the fried chicken, their oyster cake is also a best-seller. The starchy texture of this pastry-like dish complements the oyster bits and bean sprouts well. The blog Food Trippings recommends spicing it up with hot sauce. [...]
favorite ko chicken dyan, taste very good, but the waitress there are not so friendly, not so good in service….
Sincerity’s Oyster Cake is good, but the best for me is QUIKSNAK along Carvajal Street nearby – an alley street with fish, veggie, fruit vendors.
