Hummous
We celebrated Mother&#8217;s day at Cyma Estiatorio in Greenbelt 2 since Mom is craving for something Greek. For our appetizer, we had Hummous (which is really spelled as Hummus but they spelled it that way in the menu) served with 2 pita breads (each pita bread divided into four). Hummous is a dip [...]

Hummous</p>
<p>We celebrated Mother&#8217;s day at Cyma Estiatorio in Greenbelt 2 since Mom is craving for something Greek. <img src='http://www.foodtrippings.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> For our appetizer, we had Hummous (which is really spelled as Hummus but they spelled it that way in the menu) served with 2 pita breads (each pita bread divided into four). Hummous is a dip made of mashed chickpeas (garbanzos) blended with tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic. <span id="more-60"></span></p>
<p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/karlaredor/2483309554/" title="Fisherman's Soup by karlaredor, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2345/2483309554_fb31591c6c.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Fisherman's Soup" /></a><br />
Fisherman&#8217;s soup</p>
<p>And my brother ordered for a soup and a salmon. The soup is already good for 2 to 3 people and it comes with a bread.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/karlaredor/2482497481/" title="Salmon by karlaredor, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2290/2482497481_ee0b38396e.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Salmon" /></a><br />
Salmon</p>
<p>The salmon tastes really good. In fact, I was not able to take a photo of it before they grabbed a bite out of it. <img src='http://www.foodtrippings.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> Serving size of the salmon is good for 1 to 2 people.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/karlaredor/2483317354/" title="Baby Back Ribs at Cyma by karlaredor, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2060/2483317354_baa165b474.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Baby Back Ribs at Cyma" /></a><br />
Baby Back Ribs</p>
<p>The way they cooked their baby back ribs is different from Tony Roma&#8217;s. Nevertheless, I was impressed with the quality of the baby back ribs that were served. When ordering baby back ribs, you can choose between rice or potatoes to go along with it. </p>
<p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/karlaredor/2482506689/" title="Garides at Cyma by karlaredor, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3281/2482506689_eaf8567dcd.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Garides at Cyma" /></a><br />
Garides</p>
<p>Garides is also a must try. The tomato-based pasta is topped with prawns and goat cheese.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m definitely going back here to try their Flaming Cheese <img src='http://www.foodtrippings.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>The Ratings</strong></p>
<p><strong>Quality of Food:</strong> 5 out of 5</p>
<p><strong>Ambiance:</strong> 4 out of 5</p>
<p><strong>Quality of Service:</strong> 3.5 out of 5 (my rating for now since the place is full)</p>
<p><strong>Price:</strong> 3 out of 5</p>
<p>The price of their iced tea is high (maybe because it&#8217;s house blend). It costs 80 pesos (regular order) and for a bottomless order, it costs 100 bucks each.</p>
