Adobo Quesadilla, 110 pesos per order

It was our first time to have a food tripping experience at A. Venue. We saw some interesting places to eat there. We decided to go to Botong’s Up instead to experience food and art.

The moment we entered the restaurant, we saw artworks hanged on the wall which gave us an impression that it’s a restaurant with a gallery. We then looked at the menu items so that we could choose what to eat.

For our appetizer, we chose Adobo Quesadilla. Adobo Quesadilla is adobo chicken flakes sandwiched between a tortilla wrap that is topped with bits of garlic and is served with mango salsa.

Pan Fried Tilapia with Fresh Mango Salsa, 160 pesos per order

For our main course, we ordered for a Pan Fried Tilapia with Fresh Mango Salsa and Adobong Lechon Kawali. The pan fried tilapia is indeed a must try. What I like about it is that it’s already boneless. You do not have to think too much of the fish bones.

Adobong Kangkong with Lechon Kawali , 190 pesos per order

I also like their Adobong Kangkong with Lechon Kawali because of how crispy the lechon kawali is. It was cooked just right.

The main courses we ordered do not include rice though which means you have to order it separately.
