Binondo Food Tour Series #5: Tasty Dumplings

Taiwanese style Meatball Soup, PhP 63 per order
Tasty Dumplings, located near Minor Basilica of St. Lorenzo, is a Taiwanese fast food restaurant. We weren’t really planning to eat there but since we’re waiting for Juned, we decided to stay inside and order something light.
We only ordered a serving of Taiwanese Style Meatball Soup and Kuchay Dumplings. The Taiwanese Style Meatball Soup contains a generous portion of meatballs, which is good enough for the both of us to share. I like the way the meatballs were prepared. It does not easily disintegrate.

Kuchay Dumplings, PhP 85 per order
Then, we had Kuchay Dumplings. The best Kuchay Dumplings for me are the ones from Dong Bei. However, just in case Dong Bei is closed, you can go here instead.

the soup looks interesting but yet so bare. it’s like floating on tap water. how does that taste?
(i’m seeing myself to regularly ask you questions LOL)
hi @ziggy, it may look bare but it does not taste bland.
the soup has sesame oil, garlic, green onion and salt
At less than a hundred pesos per order, it’s a steal!
