Paella

Prior to dining at Pizza Hut Bistro, I was already intrigued by how’s the menu offering different from the regular Pizza Hut. Upon entering the restaurant at Gateway, I was impressed with the ambiance. The restaurant has a set of mood lights and much larger tables covered with cloth. On top of a table is a vase with an anthurium which made me think of funerals.

Sicilian Salad

Upon opening the menu, I was impressed with the big appetizing photos. Of course, the main goal in dining at Pizza Hut Bistro is not ordering what’s on the menu of the regular Pizza Hut. Thus, we decided to order for a Sicilian Salad and a Paella.

The Sicilian Salad at Pizza Hut Bistro is indeed a good one. The vegetables and the fruits that they’ve used are fresh. The amount of dressing used is just right. As for their Paella, instead of using a chorizo as one of the ingredients, they’ve used salami.

Quality of Food: 4 out of 5

Ambiance: 3.5 out of 5 (big minus because of the anthurium)

Quality of Service: 4 out of 5 (minus because the Paella arrived first before the salad)
